Honor 90 lite

I honestly shouldn't even have given a star. This device deteriorates every day. I'm no IT expert, but I don't know if it's the coding on the Honor 90 lite or if the software as a whole isn't well thought through. I honestly would not recommend this phone. the few good features are at a minimum. It's absolute frustration having to use this phone everyday and it's not even a year old. A colleague of mine, is experiencing the same problems with her Honor 90 lite. The most recent thing is that the device doesn't lite up when calls come through, I have to search for the call to answer... My colleague is experiencing it too. PLEASE?!? Help.
