False advertising by vodacom and honor

I purchased a new honor x9c about a month ago. The adverti*****t clear states it's the first UNBREAKABLE Ai phone and this was confirmed with the consultant banging the phone on the table to show me it's unbreakable. Now not even a month later the phone fell my pocket and screen got shattered. Honor is refusing to help and and neither is vodacom. Is this not false advertising? As I didn't buy a phone cover or screen card because they said unbreakable
