Empty promises

I bought honor 200 from Telkom in Vincent was called the next day to come and claim for a R1000 voucher... When I got there the Honor rep had left for home already.. The next day she asked me telephonically to scan barcode of Magazine and fill in firms and scan receipt and send Imei no of my phone I did that the whole day... The next day until I couldn't take it anymore I then called her again to ask if it's guaranteed I'd get a voucher she reassured me that I'm no. 2 on the list and each town/store is allocated certain no of vouchers so there's no way I'd miss out. She personally sent my info to head office for a query... She sent me a message that my gone does not qualify for the voucher. I froze...
