Bad attitude by the lady called Nancy

Hi I was filling my car tank in Honeydew Quick Stop Petrol station. I was helping by the guy named Prosper. Prosper spill lot and lots of petrol on the floor, he blame it to my car air lock. He wanted me to pay and i said i won't pay for the petrol that he spilled over. He called his supervisor, then the supervisor saw that there was a lot of spill and said to me "how much are you willing to pay?" on the reading it said R 553, then i said R 400. The supervisor said but the spill is not more than 2 liter.

While we were talking the other lady by the name Nancy came and said to me the spill is not even 3 liter so i must not pay R 400. I told Nancy that she was not there wen the guy made mistake and she must not intervene. The lady cane to my face and start shouting at me that i think i am educated and pointing her blue pen in my forehead. I was very angry but i had to keep cool because if i loose my cool against the lady is not gonna be good for my profile.

I then called manager by the name of Prosper, same name as the guy that spill petrol. The manager then said i pay any amount. I explain to the manager of the behavior of Nancy and manager was trying to talk to her but Nancy was still shouting saying you thought manager was gonna fire me that wont happen.
