The after sales service is excellent at Honeydew Nets

I don’t normally write letters like this but I would like to state that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Honeydew Nets (ref. for the last number of year already). They are professional, reliable and always pleasant to deal with! I would refer them to anyone needing a roll up station, pool net or cover etc. having mentioned that however, what goes beyond the imagination is their amazing after sales service / assistance. Just before the warrantee expired on my latest purchase expired, I requested their assistance in a concern regarding the lifespan using certain pool chemicals. I requested an extension as I was busy with my own investigation / experiment at that time. They did not hesitate and even accepted the responsibility to replace the worn pool cover (if required) after the warrantee period expired. Today, I can safely state that Honeydew Nets Management and their Team lived up to their promise and I am once again the proud owner of a new pool cover comments
