Great service, Top quality :-)

We have just installed a PVC Pole cover from Honeydew Nets.

The entire process was very professional, with friendly service, and the cover seems top quality. Tillie gave us advice on the type of cover best suited to us and gave us a Sample Pack with strips of the materials in all the available colours. We actually changed our choice of colour after seeing the strips next to our pool/paving, and discussing with the whole family... I'm glad we did!

The installation team came when promised, and did a great job. I was impressed by the quality of the thick aluminium support poles they used.

Some of our old brick paving was loose, and we had to re-cement it before we could tighten the cover properly. Once we had sorted that out, Honeydew Nets even sent another team for a follow up visit to check on the tightening ratchets and demonstrate the rolling up procedure. Both teams were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.

All in all a great experience, highly recommended.
