I had a swimming pool cover installed in August 2017 and in the beginning of June this year, I saw that there was a problem with the cover as it started leaking water. As the warranty of 3 years was about to expire, I e-mailed Honeydew Nets and within 2 days of my e-mail the cover was collected and 2 days later, I got a surprising phone call from them asking if I want the same color cover again as they will be replacing the whole cover. The new cover was fitted 2 days ago by one of the best, most professional and friendly teams.
