Beware of their false claim to "no nonsense guarantee"

Hi all

I have bought Honey Dew Nets bubble plastic through one of their agents. After around 17 months, it started getting few small holes and one hole started getting bigger.

The agent collected it and says that Alex says that the floater released too much acid at the spot of hole hence the hole.

Funny enough I don't use floaters in my pool and ever since I have installed the blanket, I am extra cautious about placing the cover after throwing hth, I only cover after hours.

They still persisted on the float story and another chemical story which was also disproved by an immediate water test which shows everything up to scratch and actually a slightly low hth content.

After so a called reassessment they came up with another baseless excuse that the blanket was kept rolled up in the sun for long hours which is also incorrect. And it is a solar blanket after all.

In essence they are poor after service evading responsibility and the "no nonsense guarantee" claim is actually totally nonsense and false.
