Extremely dissapointed

I purhased fresh cream for the 2nd time and it was spoilt I purchsed on the 5th of march and the expiry is for the 13th but both the fresh cream was spoilt and I needed to make a dessert I need to know why this is happening with honey dew ? I always buy this brand and I'm very dissappointed
