Signed up with the school in August.

I asked for a refund after a very unsatisfactory first lesson:

-The instructor was late and Still did not take it upon himself to stay longer- so essentially, I had a 30min lesson -It was communicated that they have 2 sites where they conduct lessons: in Mowbray and Woodstock. In his rush the instructor took me to the side of a random road in a narrow parking lot for a lesson. -Upon completion, I was told I'd need to pay the money upfront. This was previously not communicated, and owing to their professional website, I thought they'd opt for more credible and traceable payment methods. The instructor insisted on cash even though I tried to explain I have withdrawal limits set up. In thoughtless impulse, I paid part of the money, only to realise it was not traceable and had to personally email them asking for an invoice.

I was thoroughly displeased with their maladministration, lack of punctuality and -communication and the utterly POOR condition and messiness of their test vehicle, and so asked for a refund in days to follow.

The school administrator apologised and promised this would be rectified. Against my better judgement, I stayed on.

It has now been 3 months of trying to organise pick-ups, and schedule tests and lessons to no avail. I have still only had One lesson of the 10 lessons offered in the package.

The morning I was meant to write my learners, no one pitched to take me to the test venue as included in the pack and I could not reach them. The time it took to prep for the test, booking fee and the 2 ID photos are gone with nothing to show for it.

We would schedule lessons, I would take time from work and classes but the instructors would never pitch.

Thrice in one of the weeks, after arranging and agreeing on times , I was ditched and always offered the most absurd of excuses.

One of the instructor's responses read 'Can I pick u up tomorrow becse I'm stil at home' The next day : 'Hi I'm sorry I was busy slipped my mind'.

I have now been asking them for a refund. Besides the one lesson and learners test booking (which I never wrote), they have not provided me any service as stipulated on their site.

They have been unresponsive to my emails and refuse to refund the money.

The enlisted address on Google is false.
