Misleading information

I made a online booking via Travelground for accommodation at Honey Pot in Kensington Johannesburg and paid a deposit online then when i arrived at the lodge i paid the balance.

The photos of the place is misleading. My room: Bath was dirty... Toilet wasn't cleaned in days. Shower was dirty with no door or curtain. There was a swarm of ants everywhere even on the bedding. I asked for doom and received nothing. The walls were dirty. The TV only had one channel. There was no tea or coffee... There was no Wi-fi and the pools were empty. The Facilities and services they offer don't exist. The photos they use for advertising is not what you get. My photos and theirs are definitely not the same.

I was there for less than two hours until i found alternative accommodation for myself and my child.

I would like a refund as i did not receive what was advertised.

I've sent emails to Travelground and Honey Pot and neither have rep****.
