Very rude consultant that cant deliver

i cant believe this, so i ordered shoes from Honey. My consultant ordered the shoes within a few days of order, i then had unplanned medical emergencies and couldn't pay the shoes as per set date, i arranged with consultant and said i would make payment end of Sept, i made payment on the 2nd October and still awaiting delivery on my shoes. No one gets back to me, i have sent emails to the consultants team leader she said she will have it delivered to me and yes not received, so all i am asking from Honey is my money keep the shoes give me my money
