Bag Bought not replaced

Hi,<br> <br> I bought a bag from one of the Sales ladies in Springs Gauteng - Zani Lourens.<br> The threading of the bag came loose about 2 weeks of use.<br> <br> I gave her the bag in December 2014 and up to date have not received a replacement or a refund.<br> <br> Is this good business practice?<br> Surely the bag would have been replaced by now?<br>
