2 bags worth R1400 not older than 6 months have both been damaged

i bought two purses at honey through a consultant and paid R700 each two separate occasions, the first one was faulty at arrival and i sent it back to the consultant, they gave me another one and within 2 months the gold plated handles broke into pieces.... the second occasion i bought another bag and another gold plated handle and its ***** fell and that was the end of my bag, im absolutely disgusted at how honey claims quality and next thing their goods are damaged and i informed the consultant and she said ohhh sorry, not even a refund or replacement option was given............................. im definitely taking it up a notch if they do not do something about my bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y'all are disgusting nxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I invested MY hard earned money on NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
