Poor Customer Service from Honey Fashion Accesories

I have just bought a smart watch from Honey and the battery life is so poor it does not last past 8 hours. When i brought this to the attention of Honey Head Office through their agent, they brushed it off and ignored me. I am really irritated and disappointed with Honey.
