Appaling, horrible and disgusting service

She doesn't even deserve a star, appalling service after payment. Monique doesn't communicate on anything and doesn't even care. She was ***** and lying throughout the after payment process. She was rescued by Wiegenkind Boutique who took over the order and was great and sorted me out in 3 days.
