Irresponsible Landscaper

Marc de Jager from Honey Badger Irrigation quoted R5000 for 2 cubic meter of river pebbles. He even brought samples. The wrong pebbles were delivered in November2018, and since then we have been asking for a refund OR to replace with the correct pebbles. He has blocked us all, the Homeowners of a complex who have been using him for a few projects. The unused pebbles are causing a huge mess and we are eager to move on. He has refused to cooperate.
