No Honey for Honey Africa

honey.johannesburg, also advertising as Honey Africa, advertised a vacuum cleaner on Pinterest. They have quite a few items that they advertise on social media. I have placed my order and paid on 2 October 2024. I am still awaiting my order. I have contacted them via email and get the runaround with words like "I wanted to let you know that I’ve checked the status of your order, and it’s currently on its way to you. You can track its progress using the following link" but the link goes to an unfami**** courier company, (17Track) saying "The shipment is in transit". I have asked for a refund, upon which the reply was: "Rest assured, we are closely monitoring the situation and working hard to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. While we understand the frustration of waiting, we want to assure you that your order is on its way and that we are doing everything we can to expedite the process." I think they might be a ****.
