bad attitude

<p>I visited honeydew lawnmower on 3 occassions to purchase a replacement chain saw chain. On 2 occassions I received the wrong size chain (even though I had a chain with me to compare the size with) and on the 3rd occassion a chain that was incorrectly joined. On phoning to complain, rather than apologize or suggest that they would send a driver to replace the chain, I was told by Pieter that I could come and punch him if I like.</p> <p>Seriously bad attitude.</p>
