Honda Wings SA poor service
My motorbike still on breakdown for more than a year at Honda Wings SA. Poor service and planning, no feedback from them. I'm losing money everyday. My motorbike has been by two Honda Wings SA workshops and still not fixed. They can't find the problem, then it's this then it's that. Now my warranty claim is taking more then 3 months. Insurance already paid out and the bike still has the same problem. Now I need to pay everything out of my pocket. The service is ridiculously poor from a company with this high standards. They say they will call me back only to find myself calling the next week again, then the responsibil person is no longer working there anymore most of the time not to find any technician at all.
