Honda Westrand

I had the car in for a major service and additional work which was identified by Honda Westrand as mandatory. I have agreed to get the work done.

Following the service, I have discovered the following: 1) the gearbox oil was not replaced correctly. In fact I had to add 1l of oil just to get to the minimum level. Not even an explanation given. 2) two wheel studs have been damaged. This means a new wheel hub and front wheel bearing. This will cost me an additional R 8 000 to fix, for something they have damaged. 3) the service book has been stamped in the wrong place. I was told some long stories, and the bottom line is that i have to just accept their mistake.

All of the above following a service which set me back app R 35 000. Complete lack of care, management and protocols to ensure quality of work.

My car will never go back to this workshop and I will never recommend them to anyone.
