Very poor service

<p>I called in yesterday and spoke to the spares and parts department. I wanted pricing for a 2012 honda civic hatch front and rear brakes and discs price. The guy working there took my vin number down and asked me to hold. After 5 mins he returned and put the phone down on me! This happened twice! I am owning my first honda after owning 4 Toyotas. This is making me feel like my decision was not so wise. I urge one of your managers to call in requesting pricing and see what service you get.</p>
