***** Service

Took my vehicle in for a service, don’t usually use them, use a dealership in JHB. It was a 3 year service and although my vehicle has around 30000 km it was a 45000 km service. They didn’t change the oil filter. That was suspicious, So I called another Honda branch and asked them what they would do for a 45000km 3 year service as Head Office couldn’t help, God knows why. They other dealership said oil filter and air filters (which I didn’t know) should be changed as well. According to these ***** in Umhlanga Head Office advises them, but when you call head office they pin any queries to the dealer. Think Honda is a load of BS, especially Umhlanga. Owned two now will never get another
