Bad service and got shown the door

I bought a brand new car from another Honda dealership but I then moved and this dealership is the closest to my house and won't assist with an engine noise and got told to take the car back to the original dealership which is about 100km away... my VW I can take to any VW dealership and I get the same treatment everywhere.
