Worst after sales service ever!!!

The SAFE product that they sell and advertise is supposed to have all your medical details linked to your profile in case of an emergency thats why you pay about R2000 and purchase this item in case of a emergency. All medical details were supp**** when we purchase a motorbike from them for our son. Cayenne informed us that new applications will have all the information on the tags and i am unable to have a reissue on this tag. We contacted them numerous times to rectify this matter and querying the matter that my sons medical details were not linked. Not once did Cayenne bother to return our calls or solve the matter. They would rather let me cancel the policy than to put in an effort from their side to get the information already supp****.
