warranty

My honda's right rear door is not opening from inside or outside dated 23/09/2015.<br> Vehicle is still under warranty Honda informed us to take the vehicle to them to look at it. They took off one panel, they refused to work on the vehicle, they say someone tampered with it. I phoned them and informed that the vehicle had minor panel work done on that panel about a year ago. I used a Honda approved panel repairer as instructed, and confirmed that my warranty will not be effected. The manager informed me to return the vehicle on 25/09/2015. Vehicle was at Honda west rand from 7:30 until I received a call from the manager informing me that I need to pay them over R2000 for the repairs done on the door. I confronted him, as the vehicle is still under warranty. He then bluntly told me if I refuse to pay for the repairs he will break the door.<br> I went back on 25/09/2015 at about 4:30 to collect my vehicle only to find that my door was then in fact \broken"again.<br> I have left numerous messages for the DP to phone me without any luck. I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Honda Westrand"
