Useless Honda South Africa

@HondaSA is the most useless company I had to deal with. My CRV broke down in PE 02-01-2019. They had to order a part for me and it was a import part. In the mean time the promised me that as soon as the car is fixed they will flat bed it up. So I got a call from @HondaSA on the 31-01-2019 my car is fixed I can go pick it up. I told them I live in Pretoria and it was promised that @HondaSA will bring the car up with a flatbed. Its a week now and I had a call from @HondaSA to tell me they are not going flat bed it up because its to expensive I have to fly down that they will cover and the petrol to drive back up. So I've been trying to get hold of management or some kind of management @HondaSA to sort this out but it is impossible. They are always on lunch or not available or on leave or just not there right now. At this moment there is six people that's been dealing with this issue and the best that @HondaSA can come up with is to place everything back to me. There is a Yvette, Mandiswa, Jaco and a Elvis form @HondaSA that is so useless I can't believe @HondaSA still actually employ this people they know nothing about after sales service. I have been driving Honda's since 2002 and I have never had such bad service from ********** I actualy decided today as soon as I get my car I will sell both my Honda's for any other make because @HondaSA is ***********. It is 21:34 Wednesday evening 06-02-2019 and I'm still waiting for some other manager to phone me back and this is been going on since 31-01-2019. So disappointed in @HondaSA
