USED CAR SOLD AS NEW

I bought a 2016 civic which was supposedly new; in 2017 when renewing the car licence I discovered that it was registered as used; it was then required that I do a road worthy test on the vehicle. I immediately raised this with their dealer principal. They addressed the roadworthy and the licencing only. Today I am still waiting for them to sort out the USED car status or provide me with proof that they did not sell me a used car purported as new. I have sent many follow up emails and have not received any correspondence or feedback from them.
