Unsatisfied and disappointing!

I am not satisfied with the service I got from Honda Sandton I might be young but not dumb. I bought a 2012 vw polo gti 1.4 tsi dsg in December 2017 when I got the vehicle the wipers was worn out and left Tyre was smooth and then in the I had replace the wipers and light bulb and when enquired about the Tyre I was advised by the salesman that it wouldn't have passed the road worthy test which is utter **** because your vehicle has to be 100% in working order to pass the test and also the license disc has expired and the vehicle is not on my name so to my understanding the vehicle was supposed to be on my name before I took possession of the vehicle and I constantly have to go back and forth to Honda to fix things on the vehicle which is very irritating and when I took the vehicle back to get the license disc and took it for road worthy test note not at dekkra but at another road worthy test station the gentleman offered a bribe to get the vehicle road worthy so to my knowledge if he could do that with me how do I know Honda didn't pay a bribe to get the vehicle road worthy before selling it to me? So please advise me on the way forward. I've been replacing things like globes on the vehicle and now I have to replace both front Tyres and it has to be checked for issues regarding the megatronics of the vehicle and I only have the vehicle for 5 months.
