I needed to urgently sell my 2013 Honda Civic. I approached Honda Northcliff as that is where I bought the car. The Used Cars Sales Manager's service was terrible. In fairness he was very friendly, but he changed the price of the offer TWICE and never returned any calls. Once the deal was agreed he said he had to clear it with his DP and he would call me back the next day. He did not call. I called several times over the next week. He was never available and when I left messages he did not call back. I eventually tried to contact the DP, but he was also never available and never called back. Please do not take your business to Imperial Honda Northcliff. In my experience they are *********, DISHONEST and LAZY!
