Unable to supply spare part

We ordered a spare part on 26th Oct. Its a indicator housing and very important since I don't have a working indicator. Sequence of events: 1) We order the spare and lady tell us that is will be in at 11am the next day. 2) Go to collect it 2 days later and told its not there and \we'll call you"3) Phone a few days later and told \""don't you know it takes 15 to 20 working days\"" 4) Phone a week later and told it has to come from Japan (15 to 20 working days) 5) Phone a week later and part not available - its on back-order. I now insist on a due date and then then told that the manufacturing dept has to supply the part and it will be available on 16th Dec. <br> The story has changed 3 times and I don't believe what I'm being told. Does it take over 1.5 months to supply a part - seriously?? I found the same part immediately in Pretoria but now I've already paid for this part. I don't appreciate the attitude of the parts dept who seem to think they are doing me a big favor when I phone. Bottom line is I often get asked about buying a Honda and I say no because you can't get spares for them. """
