stole my money

this Nishendran Naidu , made me sign papers when I collected my car , the only thing I was told , this papers is just to pick up the car and all the contracts , then he slips in a policy of 400pm which was never explained or told to me make me sign for it and I don't know a thing , because now you trusting this person that what you are signing is just to pick up your car and your all excited , so I want to know who is going to pay back my money as I never ever agreed to this I even have witnesses that was with me and no one has heard one word out of his mouth of any policy I have to pay for , why would I pay outsurance a 1000 pm plus a another 400 pm for another insurance ?? this guy was pushing his luck and best off all I only seeing after 3 months on my statement im paying for something I don't know anything about !!
