Shaking car

My initial complaint... I took my car to Honda Tygervally to get fixed (to replace a mount of sort) as they suggested after they replaced my car's KIT START CLUTCH. As I drove away my car was shaking, something it hadn't done before. It feels like every few minutes it shakes. I thought maybe I should just drive a bit for my car to 'adjust' to the fixed part. The next morning, on my way to work, my car had kept doing it. I phoned, upset, and complained about my car, all of a sudden, shaking after I had gotten it back from Honda. The manager then accused me of taking my car to an independent guy for a quote on the Kick Start Clutch and basically saying it's my problem that I've spent R20000 at Honda because I said that's what they had to fix with my car. (seriously? They just do what you tell them apparently). I then informed him that I got a quote from Honda Cape Town and then went to Honda Tygervally to get my car fixed where he rep**** 'Why didn't you just go back to Cape Town? ' I then informed him (not that it's any of his business) that I had mover to Paarl so obviously it's the closer Honda then. Eventually they sent someone to come look at my car but 'found nothing wrong'. Then I'm told that I will be contacted by someone from Honda to arrange something. I wasn't contacted. This being the third time that I am NOT contacted after being told I would be. The first time I wasn't contacted for 2 weeks, the second time for a month and a half. So I contacted Honda and I was told that I would have to pay an additional R800 + to het a diagnostic done. So they would not even check whether it was due to their negligence (which seems to happen a lot) that my car is shaking all of a sudden as soon as I got it back from them. I then contacted Honda to lay a complaint and got no response.

The previous complaint is that I bought a part, booked my car in telling this man that I don't know what the part is called but to my knowledge it was the gearbox equivalent for an automatic car. I told him the salesman's name and he said that he would ask the salesman what part I bought and he would phone me back. Two weeks, no phone call and when I got to Honda to take my car in he booked it as a service with a bunch of ????? because he didn't know what my car was suppose to come in for. So I got really angry and told him that in two week's time he didn't contact or confirm or ask or do anything to find out other than put in a ***** of question marks. Suddenly they didn't have time to fix my car that week. I was told my car must be in for a week and I had arranged everything for that scenario that week and had told him that is the only week I can take my car in.

On top of all this they refused to make it anyway convenient for me to take my car in transport wise. When I told the other woman at Honda that I have not been contacted for a month and a half and don't want to deal with that man again she ignored me. When I was furious and asked her if she would be happy if her Honda started shaking after it had been to a Honda she responded with 'I don't have a Honda'.
