Quoting on recently replaced parts

<p>On 2015/05/30 I took my vehicle in for a 60000km service, a couple fo hours later I got phoned by the technician stating my front and rear brakes have to be replaced at +/- R5000 asking if I accept the quote.</p> <p>I questioned this stating my front brakes were replaced on last service, they then only went and checked the service history and the brakes. After 30 min the same technician phoned me stating it's only the rear brakes that need replacing at R1500.</p> <p>I want an explanantion on this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
