Pre owned vehicle check non existent!

I bought a pre-owned car from Honda 6 months ago. The dealer who sold it to me, Jason Kruger, assured me that the vehicle had been checked to see it was all in good working order. The first time it rained the wipers weren't working properly. As I am disabled it is very tricky for me to take a vehicle into the garage so I thought I could take it in and get it sorted today, being my annual service. They wouldn't replace my wipers as Jason said I would've come to him immediately! So between the dealer and the service people (50m away from each other!) they *****ed me!<br> <br> Honda, awesome car, but ***** dealers and service in South Africa mean I will NEVER buy a Honda again. Strong arming disabled people....shame on you HONDA!
