Poorest service ever!!!

I bought a Honda Brio demo model, cash at Honda the Glen. September 2013. It was delivered to me in Pretoria with the promise that I will receive the registration papers by courier. I was on my way on holiday the next day. January 2014, I took my car all the way to The Glen for its first service that I can get the papers. No Go!!! Spend the whole day there. June 2014, I send mails to Honda SA, Rorisang. With no luck!! Sept, when I want to renew the licence, it was still on their name. I went to the police station for help. I wrote an affidavit that Honda is responsible for all cost. I paid for insurance for one year that was useless. I am a female, 59 tears old and still do not have that papers and is still driving a car without a licence. 2013 when I phoned Dylon , He put the phone down in my ear twice. <br> This is a short version of a long story and I have proof of every conversation and document. Is that what HONDA SA stands for????
