Poor Turnaround Time for Honda Parts and Accessories

I've ordered a Glass from Honda Sandton over a month ago and to date I don't have any response as to when I can expect my order. I'm hoping to get feedback as to when I can receive my order as the dealership doesn't know and don't have an ETA
