POOR SERVICE

I phoned on the 4 July 2019 3 times to speak to the person working with the motorbike spares. the last call the lady assure me that the sales person will be in at 13h30 and will call me. I never received a call. On the 5 July 2019 I phoned again to speak to the sale person. I waited for the e-mail of the quote. I phoned him back, the e-mail was taken wrong, gave the write e-mail again. Still didn't receive an e-mail. Phone AGAIN to speak to a manager. I was put threw again to the sales department where the lay kept me on the line for 7 min while she was attending to a other customer. I phoned again. Asked again for the manager. The put me threw to the sales person I spoke to in the morning. I think they are *********** or just don't care to do business. Please avoid this company
