OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM HONDA

I had an accident in a Honda. the panel pleaters were told that one part was not available in South Africa and the ETA would be August I emailed Honda head office with my problem and 'Bhekie Hlongwane' rep**** straight away to my email and has let me know right through the progress. The result is that the part is being delivered tomorrow outstanding service
