Off-putting Customer Service

The Service department staff from Honda William Nichol has no business ethics and No communication s****s. Just plain and distasteful. My mobile number was incorrect captured, No one bothered to contact me and also informed of the work done on the vehicle, The stomach-churning moment is when I waited 1hr55min for a driver, Through out the day not a single comms from Honda. My car has been serviced twice already at Honda William Nichol, they did not bother to check for my contact details. Just a hopeless Pathethic No customer service s****s and ethics.
