NON DISCLOSURE FROM HONDA

I bought a Honda HRV from Honda West Rand. It had a nav system from a company called smart multimedia( I was not told at the time of purchase that this was not a Honda unit but a 3rd party unit ) I have had a lot of trouble with this system. In the beginning the sat nav did not work and they had to visit 3 times before they could sort out the nav system(Arial faulty) There is no user manual at all. I was told that it is the same as a cell phone which also does not have a use manual. Now when talking through this system the person sounds like he or she is under water. I have spoken to other Honda dealers and they tell me they do not use this system because of the problems it gives. I am really disappointed about this. I am now waiting for a call from smart multimedia to come once again to sort the problem out. I would like Honda's comments on this
