No after sales service

Why sell vehicles if you cannot provide after sales. It cannot take 2 months to get a part. Even with a world wide shipping shortage there is plenty of planes and other options to courier good across the world. This should not be an excuse for your poor service. You get promised the world when you want customers to purchase the brand but cannot provide the service when needed.
