New Car Rust Issues

<p><br />In Feb 2016 I bought a brand new Honda, 8 months down the line my car is rusting. I approached Honda saying I want a new vehicle, they said sure but my repayments would go up, which I said no to <br />I took it in last week to get the rust taken out, which they paid for, I get it back today and there are paint runs and STILL rust spots. This is a BRAND NEW vehicle with 15000km on the clock. I am so angry and sad. Any ideas would be appreciated. I feel like I should be given a new vehicle or a vehicle</p>
