Never buy a Honda, NO after service

I took my Honda Civic for a service on the 4th of November 2014. I informed Zanele Cele the Service Advisor that my air-con doesn't cool down my vehicle and they must please check. When I received my car back Zanele informed me there's nothing wrong with my air-con and it cooled down to the excepted temp. A few days Zanele phone me to inform me the parts for my air-con arrived and I can come and collect the parts. The parts was suppose to be replace as part of the service.<br> <br> As Zanele know I was from MP and not from KZN she said I can pickup the parts and they will show me how to install the part as it's easy.<br> <br> Yvette Tshambo contacted me to asked me about the service I received and I explain the same story. <br> <br> As of today NO ONE as contacted me to correct the problem. The air-con doesn't work and I'm disgusted with the service received or can I say no service received.<br> <br> Think twice before you buy any Honda and think it's time to make a trade!!
