Horrible service - Honda Rivonia

Good day,

Hoping someone from HONDA will finally assist me. I took my parents car into Honda Rivonia a few months ago , for repairs. My steering wheel controls were not functioning. I was told that it could not be repaired and that I needed to place an order for a part which needed to be replaced. Because I was in the process of relocating from JHB to KZN, I asked that they arrange for the part to be delivered to Honda PMB, which they did. Trouble started when it arrived in PMB because they team siad it was the incorrect part for this make and model (2005 CRV). While I was querying this with Rivonia, PMB took the car to an auto-electrician who was able to repair the car WITHOUT ANY NEW PART AT ALL.

I am still sitting with a R4000 part which I didnt need in the first place and Rivonia is now, not responding to any of my correspondence. I want this part taken back and to be refunded in full!
