Honda Westrand

My wife took her Honda CRV to Honda Westrand on Tuesday of this week to get the bonnet resprayed. She was told this would take 2-3. days. She asked for a loan car as she needs her car for work. She was told maybe. Yesterday afternoon (thursday) she contacted Honda to ask about her car. To be told that they'd only started working on it that day This morning at eight o'clock she received a phone call from Honda telling her that the car would be ready next Tuesday. She asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting. My wife phoned every hour on the hour trying to speak to a manager only to be told that they were all still in the "meeting". Who ever answered the phone was asked to please pass a message to phone my wife back. At midday my wife decided to rent a car. It's now 15:40 and it would appear that Honda westrand are heading for a record meeting time, as no phone call has been received by my wife The only reason there's one star on this rating is it won't allow me to put no star/s!
