Honda unproffesional

Took my CRV in to Honda Port Elizabeth to have injectors removed. They couldn't so took it into an engineering company to have repaired. Engineering company informs me the tappet cover has been cracked in 3 places. Must order a new tappet cover gasket from Honda and repair tappet cover. Go to Honda and order a set. Which they say will take 5 days to courier. Finally it arrives but they have only sent half what I've ordered.
