Honda tskes your money before they even know if they have the part and then takes week to respond

how i had to wait 3 weeks to hear a part has been discontinued after paying for it heaven only knows but this branch is lacking in professional and quik or any at all responses unless u ask for a response. probably would have kept my money if i didn ask *** is going on.
