Honda- the Power of Dreams = NIGTHMARES!!

BOUGTH IN SEPT 2014 A HONDA BALLADE (an excellent car) WITHOUT A SPAREKEY BUT PLUS MANY PROMISES BY THE SALESMANAGER MR MATHIANE. ON OCT 22 2014 I MENTIONED IT IN WRITING TO HONDA SA headoffice. IN JULY 2015 I RECEIVED A 'BLANK' SPAREKEY PLUS THE PROMISE that any dealer would get an ORDERNR - but the BLOEMFONTEIN AND RUSTENBURG DEALERS could NOT GET IT. i live in Steynsburg _ 300 km from a dealer. On Aug 28 2015 I tried to get an APPOINTMENT at HONDA ZAMBEZI - mr MATHIANE PROMISED TO PHONE BACK - HE DIDN'T AND RUSTENBURG HONDA TRIED ( and gave EXCELLENT SERVICE) WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE ZAMBEZI DEALERSHIP IS SOLD AND HONDA SA TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY. TO CUT THE KEY IS R760, TO CODE IT R 995 - behalwe vir die morele verpligting van die verkopers is dit TEVEEL vir 'n n pensionaris.. So HONDA laat my voel soos 'n HOND (j)A
