Honda The Glen very poor after sales service

Bought a 2007 Honda Civic on 23 rd of October 2015. They agreed to fix a bumper alignment and a small dent as part of the deal. It is 35 days later and I still haven't received the car. They have delivered the car twice to me in a worse condition than on the day i bought it.The dealer principal, Dylan assured me that he personally inspected the car according to his own standards only to agree that the bad silicon job that their panel beaters did is not up to standardstandard when I sent it back. Every day they come up with more stories. Eventually they had to respray the front bumper because the panel beaters caused cracks in the paint when they bent it in place with a bad silicon job.Watch out for Honda The Glen and their astonishing poor service!
